Overview
Built for mechanics on the shop floor: workbench search, vehicle profiles, service history, parts notes, and shareable intake links — greasy-finger friendly, bilingual HR/EN, mock data in phase 1.
Challenge
Workshops needed one place for vehicles, customers, and service history — without deep menus or phone-first clutter.
Approach
We mapped the daily job: workbench search first, then vehicle profiles with service logs, overlays for create/edit, and shareable intake — max two levels deep.
Outcome
A workshop console staff can use mid-shift — find a car, log work, share intake, keep history.
